This is what I do every morning.
You would not believe how much my flexibility has improved - I can now do the forward fold with my palms flat on the floor.
If you have more time you can hold each pose for 20 or 30 seconds.

6.4.17 // My desk is looking pretty darn cute now that I’ve cropped out the mountain of tissues and lozenge wrappers. (I’m a grub irl) I’ve been juggling this deadly flu and a bunch of assignments for the past three days so now I have to play catch up and get up to date on all my lectures and readings. Hooray!!!! I really just want to lie in bed and catch up on Criminal Minds.
