🍇 CHOC RASPBERRY PROTEIN PORRIDGE 🍇 . This might just of been the best bowl of proats I’ve ever made, & the painful thing is it wasn’t for me 😩 I cooked Sam a big bowl of oats in the latest @ufitdrinks breakfast shakes (the shake is also oats based so he got a double whammy of carbs). I couldn’t not steal some back to try and omg, sooo creamy chocolatey and thick 😍 . I topped it with my new vegan protein bars by @tomolivernutrition which I LOVED even more cos the details on this choc raspberry flavoured one! 💕💖🍇🍓 (at Harpenden)

You guys are aware of my daily belly struggles at the mo (YouTube update coming soon) & how my digestion is not working as norm 😥 After ignoring my Mumma for a while (cos who listens to their parents? 🙃) who told me to try Apple Cider Vinegar to help digestion, my friend @deliadorcioman then told me to try it to see if it would help, and now I’ve discovered @ComvitaUK #drinkingvinegar and I am SO happy! 🙌🏽 It sounds odd, and smells worse, but Apple Cider Vinegar supports digestion which can ease digestive pain, bloating and discomfort.
