Already rewatched the new ep of Little Demon since it's on hulu now and I can't get over what a good ep it is. They aren't brushing over what happened with Bennigan, he's still mad but he still cares about Chrissy, so things are awkward. Chrissy still feels terrible about what she did.

And the way Laura's trauma causes Chrissy's trauma is just so real. Satan really fucked Laura up, and you get the sense that she was already struggling to begin with. But all of that affects the way Laura treats Chrissy and so of course she ends up deeply hurt.

I think what Laura said about using her powers for good in Possession Obsession really got to Chrissy. Because she tried to use them for good in that episode, and then she tried to use them to magically fix Benny's problem in the Antichrist's Monster and that went terribly. All of Laura's comments about Chrissy being evil are probably making her hate herself even though she can't help who she is.

Also I'm living for Bennigan and Darlene trying to help their friends but also valuing themselves. Their friendship is super sweet!

When they chose someone to fuck the devil they really could've just made her some Mary Sue little bitch but they decided to give her a strong ass character like she got her life ruined by an asshole but she pulled up her panties and defended herself, managed to escape Satan of all people by her fucking self, then defended herself and her daughter for thirteen years, alone, with nothing but her wit and willpower.
