I'm so excited to be in a special upcoming show @havengallery curated by @beautifulbizarremagazine. The "Heart's Blood" exhibition opens September 17th from 6 to 8pm. The show is based around Oscar Wilde's fairytale "The Nightingale and the Rose". I related to the story in a way that a mother does with her children. My interpretation is that the masked woman represents the garden and the protector of all things in it. This is my painting "Ask again later" for the official @mattel show The Joys of Toys. Curated by @cuddlyrigormortis and taking place @galleries1988. Opening is June 23rd from 7-9pm. The really cool thing is that a portion of the sales will be going to The Mattel Children's Hospital at UCLA.
