If there's one person he can count to always piss him off, its this clown. "Leave." A snarl as his fist shoots forward, impacting the grin and hoping to take some teeth. "Them." Again, with more ferocity. "Alone." Batman spits the last word as the kevlar gloves raise again.
"Look at you! Finally, you've stopped acting the big hero!"
The first punched landed perfectly on his jaw, blood filled his mouth, and his lip split on the second. But he still grinned and smiled wide. "HA! HA! HA!" His laughs howled against the smacking of flesh and bone and blood being spilled from the hits.

"I wonder what your friends would think," he wheezed, falling limp in his hands. "Knowing you pretend to stop from killing me while you put half of Gotham in the hospital like this. Always remember, Bats, you're not the boy in blue. A part of you likes doing this."
"Ooh boy," Dick let out a short whistle. Borderlining on a chuckle of his own. "Who have you got writing your stuff? Cause they really aren't doing you any favors. You want to talk about last season, face paint? All you are is the past with silly little tricks to try and keep you relevant. You're going to have to do a whole lot better than that if you want round two."
"Fine, then I won't tell about the gifts I sent to Haly's Circus. You see, I wanted to do something different with them. No mention at all that she burst into that interview room with her name already selected out and not him trying to murder her because he wanted out already.
"But Harls," he called her name, still gently squishing her face in his hands. "Whatever happened to that guy that was flirting with you all the way back then? Did I kill him? I don't remember anymore."
"Power? Really? Some of you boobs really are predictable, and for the ones who picked family—get a room! You saps!"
