Has more tattoos! He got the butterfly one, and then the hench4life one in canon, so I think he enjoyed getting them and decorating his skin! He has some flash designs, a video game or comic one like maybe the Zelda symbol or Mjolnir. I think he'd get a commemorative one for 24, maybe a powder blue stanza (or something personal that's not talked abt on screen). I can see him and the Monarch getting matching ones on a dare

He's incredibly bisexual, but we only see him obsessing over women because he's lived the hench lifestyle since he was a teenager so he's had a few brief encounters with men, enough to satiate the mere curiosity, but the only lady around was, ofc, Sheila

He is still upset, a bit, over SPHINX. He was incredibly interested in seeing if it was possible for him to have a life outside of villainy but without leaving the super world completely because that's all Gary has wanted. When our SPHINX guys leave Gary is really kinda heartbroken, and I do imagine what Gary's life would be like if Brock had said what the hell, yeah we can grandfather you into the OSI, whatever. But even when old SPHINX completely takes over and Hunter blows up the flying vehicle, while the Monarch's mine bombs blow up the base on the compound, Gary doesnt go back immediately! It takes several episodes for him to actually go "home", he was literally camping at the compound because he wasn't ready to give up that possible future, and its only when Gary realizes that even if he was being a "bad guy" those awful people miss him and want him around even after months away with the mortal enemy. So Gary does daydream sometimes about what could have been, but its also at that point in Devils Grip that Gary, as an adult, knowingly and willingly re-enter's the devil's grip

This is a little tacky gay of me, but he does strike me as a Bountiful Big Beverage enioyer, aka, he always loves to pop into different convenience stores and try different tea or soda or coffee flavors.

Aaaaaaalways forgets to stretch after working out, he remembers to warm-uo but for cool downs he just flops into the shower and then wonders the next morning why his whole side hurts

Went from classic middle child in a big family syndrome to baby punk of a goofy paramilitary squad, so he ALWAYS feels left out, excluded, unaccounted for, unimportant. He deals with a heavy inferiority complex mixed later with survivors guilt. This is partly why, even though the rest of the Newark house is beautifully finished, his bedroom still looks completely untouched since they moved in, sleeping on a mattress on the floor with peeling wallpaper
