95.0 kg (210.0 lbs)!! 💪 ---- My current stats: •Body Fat: +/- 12% bf •Height: 6'0" (183cm) •Weight: 95kg (210lbs) ↩ I was @ 70kg last July 2016 I started my fitness journey -living a healthier & more wholesome lifestyle- last July 2016. It really helped me a lot managing my lifetime Autoimmune Diseases: Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis (battling them for 11 years now). I still take Chemotherapy (Chemo: Methotrexate) until now, plus my usual Corticosteroids (both to reduce inflamation & suppess my Immune System (w/c is killing my own cells). But I've significantly reduced the dosage & frequency of my Chemo (as I've consulted w/ my Physician). My Boyfriend has been very instrumental in this huge improvement of my health. It's all because of him, he motivated me, he pushed me to my limits (even if it makes me want to kill him 😠), & he's always there for me. Thank you Dong 😙💪I was very lanky then. So thin, always looks tired, feel so weak, easily exhausted (bec of Chemotherapy too). But when I started this drastic change in my lifestyle, it all changed! In just 1 year, I gained 25kg of quality muscle mass (w/o unnecessary fats, a.k.a Lean Bulking). Plus my joints aren't as painful (even if I left heavy). I feel more lively, full of energy, I feel stronger, & most importantly I feel happier ☺ How I did it? •proper Nutrition (lots of Fruits & Veg, balance of Plant & Animal Protein sources) 🍄 •regular (& closely monitored) Physical Activity (a mix of Weight Lifting, Cardio & Yoga for me) 🏋 •adequate rest (at least 4hrs sleep, to 7) 😪 •closely monitored Medication (my Chemotherapy) 💉 •right Suplementation (Vits, Protein, Healthy Oils, etc) 💊 •accurate & up-to-date medical knowledge on my disease/health condition 💯 ---- You have to be responsible for every action you take, it's for your own good. How you treat your body right now, is what you'll become in the future. Health is truly wealth. Even if I'm so fucking busy w/ my professional stuff (for the career-obssesed person that I am), I always allot time for taking care of my mind & body. No excuses. But ok lang, I got my trusted backup dancers haha, love you girls 😅 Our Chairman Boss wants me travel to Hong Kong for a Business Trip. I'm ok with it bec it's part of my job really, but earlier I was like (in my head) "sir are you serious??" E kase he originally planned it like w/n this week.
