It's not beyond belief for a government that has been involved in a decades long cover up of muslim rapists in which the police were active participants to have both the resources and the motive to create a false flag attack against muslims in an attempt to control their increasingly uncontrollable narrative by shifting attention back to islamophobia. The clearest sign of a false flag attack is if they say something like "these fucking muslim bastards" while on a rampage because no one talks like that outside of a script. It's how jewish crime show writers write their racists.
