Wow it has been SO long since I've done one of these! I had a lot of health issues which completely took over any free time and mental energy I had so this blog was completely ignored.
It's still ongoing so I definitely won't be doing nearly as much here as I used to (at least for now) BUT I want some kind of normalcy and some goals to work towards so here we go!
Where I've been quite ill I've been focusing more also on faith and spirituality so I'll include some aspects of this in my goals as well as, when uni starts up again, my general study goals. So essentially I will still be working a lot on languages but I want to expand this blog to more of a general productivity account!

Underneath the I talk about calories, weight, exercise etc!
** yes, this is focused on weight, please don't take my measurements/calories/fitness plans etc and apply them to you, I have specific health concerns where my weight and fitness can exasperate my illnesses and I am working under the guidance of a doctor. This is purely for me to keep track of
Stick to my meal plan (within my calories)
Exercise for 30 minutes every day
Reduce my caffeine intake to 3 drinks a day (I'm so addicted...)
Drink 2 litres of water a day
Weigh myself and take my measurements so I can better track progress for my dr!
This week I also need to work up another increase on my medicine, this is the final increase so hopefully I'll start to feel better once I get used to this dose!!!!!
