Oh my stars. There is nothing more beautiful than this sight on a beautiful Saturday morning in Georgia.

Side note, it has taken me ageeeeessss to learn how to make the best cup of coffee. I went through stages of owning the big and bulky coffee machine, to using my beloved French press, to the ever impressive Moka Pot (strongly recommend for espresso drinks, and now my beloved pour over. Funny enough, when I worked at the coffee shop I hated pour overs- now they’re my favorite- and quite the easiest and cleanest way to make coffee.

This morning I am drinking a blend that my friend provided:

Starbuck’s Casi Cirlo- from Guatemala.

“Bright and smooth with a coco finish.”

Don’t know if I would call it bright as it’s hard for me to put that term with a dark roast. It is delicious none the less. Would definitely stick to making this hot and not iced.

For the past two weeks I have decided to truly dive deep into smoothies in an attempt to fit more veg and fruit into my diet. It has been a real success so far! This one is by far my fave.

1 orange organic- juiced.

1 banana organic- sliced

1 handful of blue berries organic

1 large handful of spinach organic

1 heaping tablespoon of flaxseed 

ICE ICE BABY

Blend and voila! I’ve noticed a real change in my metabolism for midday. Not too mention it’s quite delicious.
