I loved soccer. It was the sport that wrecked my knee and I used to go to games all the time. My cousins worked the parking back when it was Foxboro stadium and they'd each get a book of free tickets so I'd get to go all the time. An unexpected extra long shift and graduation/recital makes this week only a 3 and that's ok. I'm spending time with Sophia while she gets ready like I always do before recital and that's ok.

Tomorrow is Sophia's last recital and the past few weeks all I've been able to think about is her first recital. The studio was new to the place they hold recitals so they had a bad time slot on Friday nights. I remember driving with Lisa and Jim to the recital and home. Sitting in the backseat with Sophia in her booster seat. The bright blonde hair and her squeaky voice. I remember taking the back roads home and her trying so hard to stay awake while she asked me to hold her hand. She fell asleep holding my hand. A few years later they got a better time slot with Saturday's at 4.
My brother in laws son and daughter in law are coming up from Tennessee for recital. My two cousins and two of my cousins kids are also going along with my sisters best friends family that always comes. I'm going to drive with my parents there but they are going to go home after and a few of us are going to have dinner at my sister's after. My sister mentioned Sophia taking her own car so she can stay as long as she wants after to be with her friends and I could drive home with her.
It really hit me. The little blonde with the squeaky voice will be driving herself...making sure the littles don't fall off the stage at the end when they all come out and do the same dance they've done for 15 years to that Meghan Trainor song...she will be the one on stage giving the speech to the teachers.
I'm proud of her and I think her dance studio had a lot to do with the person she is today. I'm going to have big feelings tomorrow (when don't I?) but the biggest one is going to be pride.
Giving myself grace this week because graduation, recital, giant shipment,national outlet shopping weekend, and first world cup game in Foxboro is a lot .

I feel human again. I went to my appointment for my primary and the nurse was like I think there's been a miscommunication and she's going to fill that. Long story along the first nurse that read my portal message didn't understand it the way I wrote it. You guys read my stuff so you know that's easy to do since I am the run-on sentence queen and don't know how to use punctuation properly. The reason I even messaged again yesterday was because CVS texted me asking if I wanted them to ask for more refills and when I said yes they were denied. My doctor didn't get the request. The doctor that was filling in and filled my one month while she was out last week. Got the request and denied it. So long story long. She's chill with me taking this. She prescribes it to other people and she's fine with it. Probably expensive miscommunication but mentally it's worth it to just have it figured out now.
I just remembered that time I got locked out of my Instagram and Facebook and panicked because it meant I'd lose my pictures so I'm just putting these here so I have them
My primary doctors office called and she wants to see me tomorrow so that definitely means I'm not getting my Seroquel anymore🙃. I was supposed to have a rheumatologist appointment tomorrow but she canceled so it worked out but I'm sick to my stomach.
