the forgotten flower

All through my life what I’ve loved doing is watching movies. I love the escapism of film, I love stories. So it is incredible to be able to be in them as much as I am, to see them from the first stitch in a costume to the end product.

⊰/☼\⊱ // “You can select the poison of choice for this evening. I chose the last time.” The younger man tapped his fingers against the table. 

“Gin and tonic. Two.” She called out to bartender. “More gin than tonic, if you please.” He brought them quickly and set them down in front of the pair. “My favorite.” She said, smirking. “Bottoms up, mate.” 

“Not just any old thing, huh?” She asked with a smirk. “Well, I can help with that too, if you’d like.” Ari tilted her head to the side, gesturing toward her neck. “Wouldn’t be the first time I’d fed a vampire.” She tilted her head back straight. “But, I think drinks first.” She laughed.  

⊰/☼\⊱ // “I’m living. Although, perhaps not to the fullest - but enough so that I’m not entirely miserable with my existence. Just … Blue, I suppose.”

“It happens.” She sighed, but then brightened. “So, what would cheer you, at least up for the night, eh? Drinks, dinner, sex, a movie? Whatever it is, we’ll do it.” 

⊰/☼\⊱ // “That is very reassuring.. Thanks, for making me feel so great with these things I’ve been cursed with.”

She made a playful hissing noise, imitating movie vampires before laughing again. “Alright, sorry mate. How’s that life treating you lately, eh?

well you are the one, the one that lies close to me. whispers “hello, i’ve missed you quite terribly.” i fell in love, in love with you suddenly. now there’s no place else I could be but here in your arms.
