Sunset Valley Restyled - by GrandeLama

A new and improved version of the very first TS3 scenery, Sunset Valley.Even if at a first sight it could seem the same scenery as ever, this is what you’ll noticed playing:

 few more trees;

 a more detailled grass texture (with proper shadows under the trees);

 new roads intersections (i hate those square straight intersection!);

 new roads texture;

 new trails (texture, slope and route);

 few more lots;

 new islets;

 a wedding venue, with a pleasant abbey look (every european or american town should have a similar building);

 new placement for the Stadium and the Science Lab (no one would see those awful chimney from their front windows, isn’t?)

 routing adjustment.

So, how you can see, there are not important adjustments, just some minor changing: howerver, the whole city looks a bit better now, don’t you agree? ;-)

Special Note: Now for the nitty gritty. It’s been years since I shared a lot so bear with me. I have all EP’s and Stuff packs and Store content installed. I’ve used something from all over and am sure I’ve missed listing some piece of CC I’ve used. If so let me know and I’ll try and track down what I’ve missed. Also, they haven’t been thoroughly route tested. So if a tub is backwards, just change it. ;) I have used a mix of Granny Zazza walls and floors with @acquiresimoleons recolorable versions. I know it’s annoying that I did that, but it is what it is. I’ve listed her post in my CC list and you can get GZ stuff here. Lastly about the actual buildings, I used hidden room markers, level skips. To see them or make edits to the lot, you’ll need to use cheats – Buydebug, RestrictBuildBuyinBuildings Off/On, and/or AlwaysAllowBuildBuy On/Off. CFE was also used on all of the lots.

One more thing - I only share package versions of lots. The file goes in your Library folder (here Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library)
