WEBCOMICS

* Rose Thorne, Raven Stone, Maelstrom, and Soren Noble are my "main four", and I plan to make a very big webcomic with them once I've built up my platform and skills. Their story revolves around Found Family, Acceptance and Growth, and Corruption and Racial Prejudice in particular, and I plan for it to be a Fantasy-Drama largely about the gang trying to stop a big war between two corrupt leaders. It is more fundamentally about the growth of the characters though, with Rose learning to realize that her adopted family means more to her than her "real" one ever did, and how to reconnect with them after growing distant / Raven processing his grief for his dead sister and learning to manage his mental health struggles / Maelstrom moving beyond his prejudices regarding the other fantasy races and realizing that their war is not as good-versus-evil as he believed / Soren standing against his abusive parental figure (the ruler) and choosing to help create a less oppressive government as someone who both benefited and suffered from its problems as a right-hand-man to the ruler and mixed-race person in secrecy.

(Summary: Fantasy Drama about character growth and the consequences of corrupt leadership in any form of government, commentary on police brutality and systematic racism.)

* Webster is a cool little muse guy in a young author's mind, and the story is about the growth of their skills as creatives throughout the years. Episodic with Webster dealing with small inspiration problems, but there's clear character growth throughout the story. It's small and cute and it's a reminder that everyone improves over time, no matter their skill level when they start creating. Slice of Life.

* Andrea "Audie" Goodman is a teenage girl trying to solve her brother's allegedly framed grand larceny case, only to find that not only did he very much do it, he had a secret accomplice that nobody had even discovered was involved. It's about learning to realize that the world isn't black and white, but also that despite the horrors there is always good to be found and it's best to remain optimistic without naïveté. Arc-driven Drama with elements of comedy.

* Thomas Mallory is a disillusioned, fresh-out-of-college man who moves into a haunted house in Nowhereville, Montanessota, but is too broke to find a better option. Graham Delancey is a ghost who only died recently despite his old name, and the most recent tenant before Thomas. Thomas can see ghosts when nobody else can, and the two together work to solve unfinished business for the town's other spirits, which has the nice side effect of earning some money from the other people suffering from hauntings. Dorky and fun, nothing big. Episodic Comedy, partially slice of life.

* DND > Conifer Tatterthread (Mothkin Druid on a quest to get out of the house and wander around) / Buck Shaarpshot (Aarakocra Ranger, gunslinging monster hunter) / Baz Myrrdon (Tiefling Bard with a dedication to Jergal and the arts of necromancy and emo music)

* Percy and Eleanor Wolfe > Twin Prince and Princess on a quest for a magic macguffin to solve their kingdom's potential civil war, guided by a prophecy determining Percy to be the hero because he was the firstborn by a matter of minutes (fabricated by their father to assert power over the other factions) while Eleanor makes a grasp at the power she believes is rightly hers.
