December
Honestly, not much has really happened this December. I’ve been running around christmas shopping because I was silly enough to leave it all till last minute, and I’ve been visiting family. However, a few nice things have happened ☺️
The 12th of December marked a year since my release of my first ever single Bodies//, which is crazy because it really doesn’t feel like a year since I started posting music! I completely missed it though, and now I feel like I should have done something to celebrate the day… there’s always next year though I guess!
House In The Sand posted a lovely review of my EP ‘Bones’ which can be read here, and Fresh On The Net included me in their ‘Fresh Faves’ post which can be found here.
On the 19th of December I helped the Wight Rock celebrate their 10th Anniversary and it was a great evening! The Weather Kings and The Ventnor Darlings all played amazingly, and everyone watching was so kind and passionate about the music that they were listening to. It’s a really nice community that they have built over the past 10 years.
It also meant we got to try out our brand new merch box!
And finally, as you can see by the very first picture on this post…I had my very first photoshoot! I’m really excited to share the rest of the pictures with you as @lankyjimcreative did an amazing job with the photos, but you will have to wait a bit longer before you see them… sorry!
