I have been feeling very depressed recently but today I feel a bit better. I have been wanting to manifest several things but I didnāt know how I should because I was so sad and lonely. I googledĀ ā How to manifest when youāre depressedĀ ā and on Reddit someone said, if you want to manifest something ( e.g money, clothes etc. ) Ā when youāre depressed, donāt do it. Focus on becoming calm and self sufficient, happy and then you will receive everything you desire and I think thatās exactly what Iām going to start doing, I am going to start focusing on myself. I am going to start trying to fulfil my needs and stop depending on others empathy. I am going to do what makes me happy. This thought process also reminded me of the time when I was very irritated by one of my friendsāĀ mindset. She always thinks that everything will work in her favour and all her problems will just disappear. Now I have realised that the mindset she has is great and is very helpful with manifesting, from now on I am going to be adopting that mindset.
