Magical Correspondences - Days of the Week
Sunday - Healing, strength, spiritual matters, protection, hope, empowerment, personal matters, hope
Monday - Purification, dreams, psychic awareness, clairvoyance, family and household matters, food magic
Tuesday - Aggressive or dynamic action, war, contest, political matters, marital matters, courage
Wednesday - Teaching, study, divination, wisdom, communication, reason, skill, self-improvement, academic matters
Thursday - Health, wealth, luck, money, career and legal matters, attraction, generosity, charity, prosperity
Friday - Interpersonal matters, love, friendship, social activities, mending bridges, music and the arts
Saturday - Life in general, self-discipline, building, freedom, longevity, banishing and exorcism
Sunday also sets the tone for the week, and Saturday is for tying up loose ends.
This is strictly a set of timing correspondences for practitioners who wish to align their spellwork with days of the week. There are further correspondences with plants, planets, incense, and so on.
I pulled my information from a couple of the Llewellyn almanacs and from Ann Moura’s Grimoire for the Green Witch and adapted it through my own experience. I recommend Moura’s book for further information on these correspondences.
