Big day today!!! The book I've been working on with Epic, and writer Meika Hashimoto, gets released worldwide on their app. I had a total blast working on this book. According to Facebook, today is 3 year gym-iversary. When my son was born, I made a promise to myself to take my health more seriously. After a series of failed diet experiments (and hitting 250lbs), I got serious, and hired a nutritionist to teach me how to eat properly. The nutritionist i taught me to eat whole foods. Vegetables, meats, and lots of water...nothing processed. After a few months, the weight slowly melted off. Then the nutritionist introduced exercise. I haaaated it at first, but workout after workout, sweat puddle after sweat puddle, I saw a LOT more weight disappear. And I felt amazing!!! No more passing out tying shoes, no more snoring, no headaches, no more feeling absolutely terrible. So I kept it going, and now exercise and nutrition are a regular part of my life. You'll never see me post exercise selfies, relentless diet tips, or anything referring to a "fitness journey" (groan) but I did do dumb funny cartoons about it. So today I thought it’d be fun to compile them all into one post. Hope you enjoy. Cheers!

The day's finally here! Our little blue haired girl's adventures are available on Netflix. Of all the shows Ive worked on, this one is definitely an extra special one, and I'm super proud to of been a part of it. Big congrats to creator Luke Pearson and director, Andy Coyle.
