I think Sirius is a brutally honest drunk. Like, he spends the entire party telling strangers that Remus is "the only person allowed to tell him to shut up" and"has the best hands in the whole city." Remus just sips his drink and leads him away by the belt loop, while Sirius loudly confesses to a portrait that he’s "completely wrapped around that boy’s finger and honestly, it’s a great place to be."
