Lag Shot Golf

Adding more lag into your golf swing has traditionally been extremely hard to do.  For most golfers, working on increasing lag feels forced, rigid, jerky, unnatural, and way too “manufactured.” (It’s especially difficult for less flexible, senior golfers). You just can’t seem to make it happen, no matter how many lessons you take, or how many hours you spend practicing your golf swing. It feels like a fool’s errand. And most training aids don’t solve the problem because they’re either poorly (cheaply) designed, or you can’t hit balls with them.  (It’s ESSENTIAL that you can hit balls with any training aid, because we all know how different our “real swings” are from our practice swings).  The result is that you end up frustrated, discouraged, and give up your “pursuit of lag,” (and a more consistent, powerful golf swing) because you just can’t get a handle on it.
