Adam’s p.o.v

Andie opened the door of her flat to me, unaware it was actually me who was stood outside her door. I take my shades off and placed them into my, outer right suede jacket pocket. As the lighting in this building isn’t too over powering. Thankfully. Her facial expressions however, made it clear that she indeed was still angry with me. I don’t blame her, it has been over a week since I last saw her.

We just stood in silence for a few minutes. I placed my hands in my jean pockets, and my hair fell covering my right eye, while she kept a firm grip on the door. Andie looked beautiful even without makeup and her body seemed relaxed. All things considered with me standing outside her door. That sexy curvy body…shit stop it, Adam, for god sake. She’s a Zombie. Eventually Andie sighed as she stood to the side, allowing me to pass the threshold, without a word spoken. I walked in just passed the kitchen counter corner, keeping my hands in my jean pockets. I heard Andie close the door softly behind me as I looked around her place. Not exactly the kind of place I imagined her staying in. The wallpaper was starting to peel away, the carpet was worn. The kitchen matched the ageing of the building, along with its appliances. The curtains were fading too. I could also smell the faint traces of her perfume, the very same one from Zoey’s party. Her perfume mixed with the smell of decay around the place. Then again I shouldn’t be surprised, the outside doesn’t look any better. Not that I can say anything. Not really. At least my place has more character to this dump. My little hovel is still home to me. Fuck it. This is pretty much like mine. Only mine is realistically a much bigger place and isn’t a flat. Also, I have way more shit than I actually need, but I love it.

“What are you doing here, Adam?” Andie asked from behind me, I looked over to her stood leaning against the door.

“I er…I wanted to apologies properly for my behaviour.” Andie gestured for me to continue as she approached closer.
