Yeah, no.

Hi, my name is Miguel, I’m a trans dude, and I am living in an epicenter of C*vid-19. More specifically, São Paulo, Brazil. Between our lack of a minister of health (it has already been 20 days without one), a buffoon president (Bolsonaro) who denies the very existence of this disease, and the biggest finantial/political crisis I have ever seen in my LIFE, governors are trying to fight the president, but he’s very powerful and he keeps it in the family. Yes, his children are his right hand men.

I was a tattoo artist, living with my parents, but being gaslit and having toxic people all around, I decided to move. But things didn’t work out with my roommate (she was abusive for real, and had the purpose of throwing me out the house because she wanted to live with her boyfriend, not me), and I moved back in with my parents. Then this absolute nightmare started.

We’ve been locked up in quarantine since March 16th. First we self quarantined (both my parents are diabetics), then the government issued the lockdown, and it keeps. getting. extended.

I don’t have any way to work or to keep myself fed during these unpredictable times. I made an arrangement with my Mother to pay rent by making small tattoos on her every month (yeah……). I’m genuinely stressed out from all of this. I have asked for help: [ x x x x ], but until this nightmare is over and I can actually work again, you are my only hope.

I promised myself to not be ashamed to ask for help again, so I won’t.  If you can’t donate, I completely understand! Trust me, I do! It’s a rough time for a lot of people right now.
