Okay, imagine a story where Mikey falls off a building in the middle of a fight and runs into Tiffany, one of the most popular girls at an elite school in New York. He’s startled when he sees her and quickly tries to calm her down, thinking she’d be shocked at the sight of a giant turtle. But instead, Tiffany is charmed by him.
Here’s what happened: Tiffany had been hypnotized by an illusionist at a school event, and now she saw every handsome boy as ugly, and every ugly boy as handsome… and a mutant turtle as one of the most beautiful humans she had ever met.
The problem is, Mikey doesn’t know she’s under hypnosis, so he believes she truly fell for him for who he really is, regardless of him being a mutant. And in turn, Mikey ends up falling for her as well.
But sooner or later, the truth always comes out.
