Location: Tower Viewing Room Tagged: anyone -- open!
Sitting in one of the chairs, Keres watched the screen before her. Launch day was always a series of quick decisions. Although they had time to do shooting of the location before things began, to allow those watching to visualize the landscape properly, the true speed began when the tributes hit the Arena. The first bit always wrote itself, the narratives not needing to be driven at all. The bloodbath always spoke for itself.
However, the next parts. Well, that was why Keres found herself watching here, where the mentors and others attached to these tributes would mill in and out. Sitting, Keres focused her raptor-like sharp eyes on one of the said entourage, giving her cold smile. "Ah, please," she indicated the chair next to her, "join me to watch. I do always love to hear the behind the scenes."
Sheen had lost one tribute in the Bloodbath, but Jade was still going. There were 13 tributes left so while she still had rather large odds, those odds were much better than what she had started against. The roller coaster was interesting, it wasn't something he had been expecting. The whole amusement park idea was rather......silly. Did anyone in Panem besides a few in the Capitol even know what an amusement park was? Sheen had gone to the one in the Capitol once, he found the whole experience.......awful.
He had walked into one of the rooms, and instantly Keres had laid eyes on him and called him over. Taking the seat next to her, Sheen had worked with her before, she had helped get Cress out of the arena. "What behind the scenes can I offer, when you're all but the expert on everything going on in that arena right now?"
Ah, Sheen Lux. Someone Keres did have a bit more personal knowledge of, simply due to the fact that they both shared a once-home. It had been years since Keres had returned to One, or even thought about the District, to be completely honest. No, her home was firmly in the wonderful estate that had once belonged to her late husband until his death.
"You interact with the tributes more, Mr. Lux," she explained with a cool smile. Taking a sip from the coffee that sat before her, she fixed her steady stare on him. "I can tell you where they are, what trouble they may have run into or potentially could fall trap too, but their thoughts? Hopes? Things that I can make sure play out on camera? Those things are usually revealed to others, such as their mentors."
