People like kaine are the reason a fandom can be so shitty and why people could lost interest in something they are genuinely passionate about. I love criminal case series, and I met a lot of wonderful people here but I don’t feel comfortable making contents, especially art, knowing that there’s still a shameless thief lurking around.

Dandy’s Lil Neighborhood (Abbreviated to DLN) is a Dandy’s World au created by @lackadaisiluz on the premise that ‘What if the toons in Dandy’s World were human actors?’ And ‘What if the horror aspect in Dandy’s World was taken up a notch?’. This the official blog for the au!

Some things to note about this au!:

This au has lots of violence and blood, but they will be tagged accordingly!

Some character’s have name changes due to certain names not being realistic enough. They still keep those names, but as nicknames! For example, Boxten is now Brayden, Tisha is now Trisha, Flutter is now Fleur, Astro is now Ahmed, and so on. Most characters keep their original names, but for the others I tried getting names that sound close to their original ones.

The cast is diverse because they are, idk what to say, I live in a diverse background so this is what I draw. Dunno why that’s a problem. 🤷‍♂️

There are two timelines in this au, ‘The Good Ending’ and ‘The Bad Ending’. This may confuse some, so I will tag posts accordingly. I will also try and make a proper timeline.

Dandy isn’t morally grey here, he’s just straight up a terrible person.

Sprout and Cosmo are girls in this au, specifically transwomen! Please don’t say “But they are guys!”, I know that, this is just my personal preference / headcanon of the two.
