Sometimes I wonder if I am doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past. In some ways, I feel like I already am, dealing myself into the cycle of ebbs and flows that leave me broke. But in others, I know these experiences are teachers in their own right, unconsciously guiding me to better outcomes from the same repeated scenarios. I am older, I am getting wiser, even if I am playing into the same scenarios that plagued me a month ago, 6 months ago, a year ago. I wear a pair of glasses that see through your motivations, your desires, and allow me to see clearer at true intentions. While I might be foolish to continue to play the game, I am wiser because of it.
