I think the fast paced society we live in currently has brainwashed me into thinking i can upgrade myself and my life just as fast as when i restart my computer or phone. I have forgotten the natural cycles of life… how the moon takes her time to be full or how the crops take their time to grow their fruits.

reminder that there is no one single correct style of writing and anyone who is telling you so is harming your creativity. can you imagine if there were specific standards for perfect writing that everyone strived to meet, regardless of aesthetic, genre, and general enjoyment? every book would be the same book. literature would be destroyed. figure out your style based on the things you enjoy. bring your own flair, spice up the world, and call it saving literature
