Reverse Robin AU but I stick my oc in there.
I've been in the process of reading comics in preparation for a reverse robin au cause I love them so so much so here's what I have so far.
Damian Wayne, son of Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul. His aging was sped up using genetic experiments. At age 28, Bruce Wayne took in Damian upon Talia and Damian coming to Gotham, Damian being 12.
Although Damian didn't have any other sidekick's in his way, he still maintained his killing rule, which had to be slowly unlearned (but with the kindness of Alfred and Bruce's less hostile personality than in canon is most certainly achieved) he becomes Bruce's Shadow.
After graduating from The Shadow, he stays in Gotham to help his father fight crime.
Duke Thomas was taken in a short time after Damian, starting out more as an individual hero (akin to batgirl). His identity is still the Signal. He's an individual vigilante who learnt the identity of Bruce and Damian as Batman and The Shadow and upon discovering his powers creates the Signal to help fight crime alongside them.
Eventually Bruce takes him in and adopts him before the killing joke. After the killing joke, where he gets shot he becomes The Prophet, taking a similar role to Barbara in the OG Canon.
Stephanie Brown is the 2nd Shadow and our first dead robin. She "dies" in an attempt to spoil her father gone wrong by Black Mask. Her death turns out to not be real and she's healed by Leslie Thompkins she returns and puts an end to her father's crime and put him in prison by going undercover as a crime boss (insert new identity here). After her father ends up in prison she becomes the Spoiler. I honestly don't see her going a Jason Todd route, esp considering Steph's relationship to Bruce is similar to canon. They aren't rlly a father daughter duo or have that type of relationship. She might blame Bruce a little bit but it's nothing to send her over the edge like Jason.
Tim Drake becomes Robin alongside Carrie Kelly after Steph's death, becoming the Daredevil Twins aka Batman's Shadows. Although he has parents, sometime after their deaths he's formally adopted alongside Carrie by Bruce. At this point he's attempting to soften up on his sidekicks, believing his strictness is what causes his sidekicks to disobey him and gets them killed.
He stays Robin alongside Carrie for quite a while. A while after Carrie eventually adopts the Batgirl persona, Tim Drake decides it's time for his own persona and is the first Robin to leave Gotham, becoming bludhaven's protector. (And yes I included Carrie Kelly because why not ik she's not apart of the main continuity).
Jason Todd's story stays relatively the same (albeit a few personal tweaks from me that aren't relevant to this post). After his death he's taken in by the LOA in hopes of making him one the greatest assassins, especially after figuring out his true heritage (totally not a hint at one of the changes I'll be making to his backstory wdym). But after Damian finds out the league has been keeping Jason lets just say shit goes down. But he eventually comes back as the Red Hood, especially after seeing Dick Grayson as Robin now. After his confrontation with Bruce and the batrang incident tm it leaves the family conflicted and divided and Jason Todd develops a new identity (name I havent decided lol).
Dick Grayson The first official Robin, he's taken in after the death of Jason Todd and the flying Graysons, he also dies at some point at the hands of his clone (similar to Damian) and also has to experience the death of Alfred.
There's a alot of other things I want to add and develop and change but for right now it's just a general idea. I also had the idea of developing an oc for this au because why not lol
