Mabuhay!
I am Super K, also known as Jerome, a HUMSS student and I am ready to share my outputs on this platform.
Being an educator is my profession in the future and that’s why I am practicing to be a leader in my own way. Saving the youth today in a pandemic is the only thing which I can contribute to my community. I love doing tasks, projects, and managing stuff which you will be amazed on.
“Learning is the name of the Game!”. That’s the catch phrase of one of my YouTube Channels named, Kuwader Knows. Before this school year started, I thought that everything would be difficult. I thought that I would not have grades higher than 95 again. But I was mistaken. I look on the positive side of this pandemic. I will never give up learning despite our current situation. Knowing the fact that students will be having a hard time studying during these days, I decided to make an educational vlog. This is for me to be motivated to study because I know that I am not the only one who is learning but also the students who are watching my educational videos and at the same time, I can share my knowledge and learning strategies from what I had cultured before and learning today. As a partnership with Kahoot.com, students are getting engaged in learning due to this app. Answers from the questions in Kahoot can be found on every single video that I made. This concludes that me and the students are learning and enjoying at the same time.
As I relate my learning experiences in Malayan Colleges Laguna (MCL), I can say that my first quarter involvements in such academic and non-academic activities are fun even though we are learning and doing the activities virtually. Instead of wasting my time to beg for an academic break, I am here enjoying every task and I am accepting the reality to do the activities coming from my professors. Those activities and tasks are my motivation for me to succeed in life. Spending time to overthink and to complain is not my attitude towards learning. I know that my parents paid a huge amount of money and there is nothing for me to rant about what they are paid for. As my parents motivated me to stop studying for this school year because they don’t want to stress myself, I decided to pursue as I promised them to always do my best in learning virtually. It is my responsibility to feel motivated every day to feel inspired as I do my best as I could. The most important thing is that I am enjoying every single activity of this school as I am not stressed, I can sleep at least 10 hours a day, I am healthy, and I love what I am doing despite our current situation.
Lastly, having connection with God is the most essential among all. He is giving me all the knowledge and wisdom to make me feel motivated amidst the pandemic. Every time when I feel that I am turning sad due to the loads of tasks, I am talking to Him because I know that He could hear me as He will lighten up my feeling to release those negatives that are coming so I can move on to the next module. Before sleeping, I am thanking Him for another day that He had given me to survive these online classes as I am wishing for the safety and goodness of all people in the world. Living in full of envy will not help me to move forward. As I appreciate the works of others, I am getting more inspired and motivated to see those happy faces of my friends as I am helping them to reach their dreams and to move forward on their difficulties. Those charisma that I have are all coming from our Creator. Learning to become generous today makes me feel more blessed and comfortable because many people are not experiencing the blessings that I am receiving, so why not let people benefit from it because sharing is caring, especially today.
