This one is interesting only because it’s not technically “death” since they’re both in the netherworld, and therefore dead by extension. However, separation for CalebMC is like death in a sense where the two can no longer be together.

According to the PV, we can infer that MC remains in the underworld (dead) while Caleb faces the mortal realm. Eternally separated. So technically it’s still an MC death, albeit shown as a separation rather than her dying on screen.
