Amputee Neil because I wanted to draw it for a loong time but I forgot.

I think it's important that, before anything else, Andrew and Neil are each other's person. Neither of them would probably outright admit it or fully realize it, but they built a foundation of friendship and trust before their "nothing" ever started.

Neil of course thinks Andrew doesn't care about him for most of the series, but we know that's not true. By the time we're in TRK, Andrew probably trusted Neil almost as much as he trusted Wymack and Bee, even if he wouldn't admit it.

“I hate you”

“Nine percent of the time you don’t”

“Nine percent of the time I don’t want do kill you. I always hate you”

“No one asked you” With that, Andrew caught Neil’s face in his hands and learned in.

Andrew kissed him like this was a fight with their lives on the line, like his world stopped and started with Neil’s mouth.
