âWhy not?â
Somehow, Illuga did not expect to be at the losing side of this question-for-question exchange. âWhy not?â, he repeated in his head. The answer stayed elusive.Â
âWell, you havenât read the original series, I think⌠youâd recognize the charactersâ names if you did,â he concluded. Yet, his colleague still expectedly watched him, clearly unsatisfied with said conclusion. âI feel like the story Iâve written would be out of context,â Illuga added, but to no avail. It was still a weak argument; the words kept stumbling over each other while he waved his hand in the air in a circular motion.
âThat is alright. I can piece it all together.â Flins nodded along. âI do not intend to be a critic.â
âI never thought youâd be one. I guess⌠The other thing is that⌠I changed some of the character dynamics a little bit. Itâs not one hundred percent true to the source material, but adjusted to⌠add...
