journal series: it’s safe to say that journaling and art-making have kind of saved my life over the past year. I mean, any year… but this past year more than ever. at times when the fear of the future is at its peak, sitting down to write something or cut something up or glue something together allows me a moment of normality. grounding. intention. — hello to my new followers! i didn’t expect for my last post to get notes at all but heyy <33 i have a midterm and a quiz tomorrow. i was pretty productive today and did some active recall to study for the midterm and quiz. i also practiced my vital signs on my family and that was pretty fun. anyways, reminder to take some time for yourself and do whatever to boost your mood/energy ٩(◕‿◕｡)۶
