AAH!!

Helloooo I've been working really hard on making videos the past few months. VERY SOON I'll be posting that to YouTube but right now, I'm finally kicking off a Patreon! I've been wanting to wait until I start posting videos before announcing anything but I decided to make something to launch it over here.

I've made a PDF compilation of my Homestuck art that'll be split up into volumes as to not blow up my laptop 😭 It's mostly stuff you can find still floating around on the net, but it's in full HD and has my commentary to maybe make it more interesting.

Also on my Patreon is what I've been working on this whole time (if you're interested in checking that out) but monetary support is not at all necessary 🙏🙏 Just if you'd like to see some extra stuff or what I'm doing behind the scenes. The YouTube stuff will be up soon and I'll post abt that when it is.

my passions consist of being able to talk about my favorite media’s storyline/characters in a way that’s more nuanced, to be able to break down their experiences and relationships and analyze how they react/behave to certain things

but I simply don’t have that ability because I am so painfully media illiterate that it ticks me off ❌

looking back at my commentary ( although it wasn’t much because I knew I’d be completely OFF ) regarding dirk and jake’s relationship ( and the characters on their own ) I realized I had completely missed a lot of pointers and since then I’ve been thinking about how I could’ve possibly done them so wrong :/

and I don’t know, maybe the way I’m “correcting” the way I characterize them now is still wrong but it’s insane to me how far off I was!!! like I was reading with my eyes closed!!!

one thing that’s been super obvious between my last three homestuck posts is that my artstyle is super inconsistent siiigh
