The most important thing to me is that he has his spark and enjoy his life. We have just gotten that back. And sure we all want more for him and it’s frustrating. He has said so many times TEN is like his family and look who is there now. TEN. Artists gets dropped left and right and TEN is his safe space also giving him freedom. They have his back. Do I also want more ofc. But they do seem to care for him, also as a person not just as a product.

People criticizing Ten all the time is getting tiring. Omar has been with them for years and what did he do since then: he made music, he went on tour, he had concerts in the US, he was Zara's premiere, ect. Like it's not nothing? And at the end of the day, when his other label dropped him, well Ten was still there. I know you all want him to be this huge mega star with an international career but doing what he does right now is pretty good actually. He sings with other popular singers, he drops new music, he has a festival in a week. You keep saying his fandom is small but don't forget to look at how well he filled these concert venues during his tour! Like come on, we don't need him to become Sabrina Carpenter! His fandom is small but not minuscule and far bigger than a lot of other singers!!

im neither naive or young (should i be flattered?😃 ty for that one anon who stood up for me lol) and seeing what people have to said about this matter, i do have a lot of things to elaborate but here is what have came to my conclusion: omar is exactly where he wants himself to be, and that's okay. there will be very little point in keep pushing him or his label to do what we want them to do, because he knows what he wants and we just have to enjoy every aspect of that.

This is just based on my observation from what I have seen (obviously I don't know what goes on behind the scenes) but regardless if they have the money or budget to invest or whatever, personally I have always felt that the label/his team sort of lack creativity and the ability to hustle (like chasing and creating opportunities). Which is what you need if you don't have the money or the connections. But again this is just my feeling and I hope it changes.

Plus data performance, reach, content-market fit, other stuff. Companies only invest if it actually moves the needle. Their ads go through Spotify platform, but Spotify won't push you just because you pay. They probably need baseline metrics, like, 10M+ monthly listeners to get promotional support and algorithmic boost. Omar's at 300K, way below that threshold. Growth just stays in the existing fanbase, converting randoms is brutal. Company money just gets burned.
