Taylor, I just got back from the theatre and I wanted to say thank you. thank you for being so honest and brave and vulnerable. I really really admire you for talking about body image and mental health. It’s something I’ve struggled with and continue to struggle with and it’s comforting and empowering to hear you speak about your experiences while working to overcome those toxic thoughts and feelings too. And also, thank you for speaking up and standing up for what you believe in. For calling out the bs that is forced upon women in our society. For standing up for everyone’s rights. For reminding us that we have the power to change things, together. 2016 was my first election and I’m terrified for what could happen in 2020. But I’ve also never been more inspired and emboldened to do everything I can to make a difference. And most of all, thank you for writing the lyrics of your life that have helped me through mine. thanks for being almost like an older sister or best friend during the hard seasons of life. I love you. I’m so sorry all that has happened to you. I’m so proud that you’ve come out the other side. And I’m always on your side. I hope one day I can hug and thank you for all this in person, but regardless, I wanted you to know that I’m so so grateful for your vulnerability. love always, kaitlyn
