Had a dream I was friends with Jenny Nicholson and we were playing a ttrpg with some strangers and to make the table more immersive, I found some crumbs at the bottom of a box of graham crackers so I pretended it was dirt, but no one knew what I was doing so it looked like I dumped a bunch of shit all over the table like an asshole. Luckily, she believed me when I explained myself and I offered to clean it up with a vacuum. I ended up overstaying my welcome a bit bc the house, which was that bland American McMansion type, was being set up for a family party and her family was the fucking Sopranos. When I saw Tony, I turned into a horribly awkward horny mess. Nothing that I did was coming off even remotely attractive and I completely fumbled it. Whaaaaaaaaat the fuuuuuuck

Haven't had THC since Monday 💪 the cravings are subsiding. I wasn't a heavy user (barely 10mgs) but I was a daily user and my psych told me that it was interfering with the efficacy of my medication and could be why I'm experiencing a very low bipolar episode.

Ok I’m reframing the self-care into a positive light again (thank you old dosage of Lamictal). Signed up for some introductory yoga classes and invested a small amount into a solar energy project for low income communities in Kentucky. That made me feel good. That’s good.
