I think it’s pretty obvious since I’ve been MIA for so long, but I’m officially on a tumblr hiatus. I’ve had a lot go on last year emotionally, and I also have a lot on my plate right now with work and my personal life. I love all the sweet messages I’ve received recently asking where I’ve been and I promise I’m mostly ok!!

I don’t know if I plan to return to tumblr anytime soon, if at all, but I’ve always found solace in writing and I’d love to continue to write on here when I’m in the proper headspace to do so. 

I love you all and if you ever need me, I’m just a message away. I’ll periodically check on my messages!

Im not going into how I feel about Korean law requiring enlistment at all, that’s a whole separate story.

I feel comforted in knowing they’re not all enlisting at the same time because that means some members will continue to be active till they enlist and the others will be active when they’re done/back.

But at the same time 2025 feels really far away for them to all be done. It could very well be 2026 when they release group content (if they choose to do so) and by then I’ll be 30.

I’ve said it before but I found BTS during a time I was really struggling emotionally. Their music was my comfort. It still continues to be my comfort. I don’t see that changing in a few years but I’m scared it might. I’m scared some day in a few years I’ll just happen to see an article about them returning as a group and I’ll just say “oh cool” and move on with my day. Like I didn’t love on them as hard as I did for the last 6-8 years.
