I cry i cry i know i cry , I don’t give up because I am not one those who likes to fail and fall. I’m not in depression but I’m disturbed. I’m mentally stable but emotionally drained out.
But dealing with anxiety has taught me a lot which I’m going to share, I’m sure there a lot of people who deal with these issues everyday and it kills them slowly. So here’s something that I want you to know, just digest and gulp it easily.
I was born in a storm with chaos in my bones.
I live greedily with all my heart.
I will survive, with or without people.
I say this every single day with all the energy that is left in me because it’s easy to beat anxiety issues.
Firstly, it doesn’t make you look like a weak person or an asshole. It makes you look beautiful with each passing day because we know you’re struggling to come out of the mess and breathe in all the good things that life has to offer.
Your tired eyes are going to wander and wonder. You would miss opportunities, you might lose out on the best people, you might break your heart and you might suffocate yourself thinking that the society is calling you a sadist.
But the truth is, you’re healing with each passing day.
You are horny for the next day to bring in the sunshine over your head. While you wait, be a little uncomfortable, it’s a part of growing up honey. Let out all your feelings even if it makes you look like a jerk. Get to the breaking point, yell and let it out.
Start living with compassion, confidence and kindness. It might sound too much to take but it’s easy, everything is in your mind.
And while you are knocking down these anxiety issues, you will discover yourself, a part of you that was missing. Oh honey, you will eventually flex your muscle and project your voice.
One day, you’re going to be so glad that you kept going.
