seeing your unfinished infinite crisis max art right after your bizarro drawings is fascinating because your bizarro has so much going on visually (<3) and yet out of the two he's not the one whose body-proportions unsettle me...

I think it's just with Max we know what he used to be previously so that in juxtaposition to Checkmate Max is upsetting. Like that guy is going to kill me and its intentional.

Vs with Bizzarro i wanted there to be an air of empathy despite the fact he was made to mock/ harm Clark. Its not Bizarro's fault he's a copy of a copy of copy that has warped over time.

Vs where checkmate max is a culmination of all his shitty choices made into an optimal kill machine.

wanted to Mess with Bizzaro's design took a lot of cues from both monstro elisasue and Captain Clark. I dont have a definitive face design for him without the mask. I would prefer if everyone had their own interpretation of his face.
