FIRST AND FOREMOST ;

first thing i do in the morning before i even reach for my phone, when my subconscious is like a SPONGE is repeat my morning mantra to myself. im a law of assumption girlie so i always start my days telling myself how im in control, how im the best to ever do it etc. i fix my bed and just think to myself about how today is going to be the most fabulous day ever, how i have everything i want etc.

this one’s gonna hurt — but it’ll save you time, energy, and self-respect.

they’re not too busy. they’re not too overwhelmed. they’re not “just bad at texting.”

if someone wanted to talk to you, they would. if they wanted to see you, they’d make it happen. if they cared, they’d show you — not leave you guessing.

no response is a response. no effort is an effort — just not for you.

stop bending over backwards trying to stay on people’s radar. you’re not a backup dancer in somebody else's life. you’re not an option they can pick up and drop when it’s convenient.

the people who see you don’t make you doubt your place. the people who value you don’t need to be reminded to show up.

if someone is treating you like a placeholder, a plan b, a side character — believe them. they’re handing you the truth you keep trying to avoid.

you deserve the friend who makes plans without being reminded. you deserve the person who replies like they’re excited to hear from you. you deserve the attention you give so freely to everyone else.

stop settling for being tolerated when you were made to be celebrated. you’re not hard to love — you’re just loving the wrong people too loudly.

start being unavailable to those who are inconsistent with you. stop chasing. stop explaining. stop hoping they’ll change. watch how quickly your life levels up when you match energy instead of begging for it.
