Dude Kona Red! I'm not a coffee drinker and energy drinks/sodas give me acid reflux. Then, one day my buddy throws me one of these on the way out the door to hit 18 holes. I was floored! During the Holiday Season we are all tempted with large plates of food themed for the occasion.  The most common mistake that we make is eating too much of it at one time. The average American consumed about 4,500 calories and 229 grams of fat during their Thanksgiving dinner(s).
