Finally!!! This is the finished version of this one...though not as perfect as I'd hoped, cause there were still some clouds in the sky today, and the sunlight wasn't strong enough🌤So I had to save the photos with some editing to simulate intense sunlight😔But still, this is the first decent sunny day I've had in a while...

Generally, summers in this region are pretty dry, but this year bc of the unusually active Northeast China Cold Vortex, we've had way more overcast and rainy days than usual🌥🌥☁️☁️🌧My city has gone over almost twenty days without sun...I usually like rainy days, but this time I really need a sunny day to get this themed shoot done🥀Though, thinking about the connection between BB and rain, it can make a lot of sense to me just like this summer he came back to me with the rain.

Also bc lil BB in these shoes can't stand steadily on his own in this pose. Almost every time I let go, he'd fall within two seconds. I had to keep trying over and over to catch the right moment to snap a few usable shots, and there were two times I still wasn't fast enough to catch him so he fell onto the CONCRETE floor and the helmet got a few dents😩💔💔So frustrating... it should've been a simple shoot... I dare say even BB's D could stand up better...

Considering Laly once said the whole game would probably have about six or seven shifts, that day might also be shift 7 – the last day of the whole story.

Well...let's just see what happens then👀

On the 30th, I'll sit down seriously at my computer with lil BBs and play shift 3 then interview them about their thoughts on some of the scenarios😏

I finished making a few aprons but ran into trouble with the props and the shooting for the themed photos, so I just went back to working on the third lil BB and his themed photos again. I’m a quitter when things get hard😔. Luckily, this time I made some progress...So today, let me introduce my third lil BB to you!

Like the first two, I made his helmet out of stone clay (PADICO La Doll), and bought the body (Obitsu 30) and mini clothes. Obitsu 30 is the opposite of the second lil BB's body, it has amazing articulation and poseability (arguably one of the best among all 30cm‑tall action figures on the market right now). So it can be posed in a lot of ways, like these:

Originally, I planned to have this action figure handle the more difficult poses in my themed photo shoots. But in reality, it also has some flaws. The biggest problem is that the neck is TOO SHORT. I had to fill it with Blu‑Tack, then hide it by choosing angles or painting in the missing parts during post‑editing. Also, as you can see, it’s still not buff enough for BB’s build, so I had to buff it up a bit using cotton balls and bandages, then cover it up with a jacket.

(While picking out a mini jacket for lil BB, I browsed and collected some photos of jackets that have his vibe in my imagination...

Also, its original little hands were way too cute, so I had to swap them out for glove‑type hand parts. But that also means the wrist joints can't be used. And that, along with the swapped shoes, the added muscle, and the clothes getting in the way , all actually reduce the poseability. Buuut even so, it can still pull off a lot of poses... I’ve already ordered a BJD that seems to balance good build and poseability. It’s expected to ship in the summer. I hope the new member will solve this problem...

About his pink phone:

His pink phone is made from an old iPhone 4s wrapped in pink car vinyl wrap. The crack in the bottom left corner is simulated using a screen protector that I broke the corner off of. I broke seven screen protectors before finally getting one with a decent result lol

Fun fact: nowadays you can buy an old iPhone 4s on Chinese shopping apps for about ‌¥‌50 – that’s almost 1% of its original launch price (‌¥‌4988).

I remember Laly once mentioned in Discord that BB’s phone type was iPhone 3GS, as same as Lane’s and MC’s. (later in that same chat it seems to be changed to another type, but it looks like still a touchscreen smartphone...im not pretty sure either so his actual phone model still go by what's in the game👀). Tbh in my headcanon, the phone that truly belongs to him might be more like an old, tough button phone, like a Nokia...Maybe the pink phone is something he found by chance, or it originally belonged to an ex. (Speaking of which, we know he’s had a lot of one‑night stands, but I’m also curious if he’s ever actually dated anyone, even if he didn’t fall in love with them🤔)

About the message history:

Since my theory is that when BB says he can’t spell, it’s a lie, so I wrote a text conversation on the branch where MC gives her number to him.

At first I only did it because I thought as a photo prop, only having “WZ” and “Sure” in the message history would look a bit awkward. But it ended up being really fun. (The 3G signal towers are basically shut down now, so all the pics of message history are made by photoshopping out the “Not Delivered” notifications.)

In my imagination, one of the reasons BB doesn’t text often is that it's hard for him to manage such a tiny screen, it’s just as big as his palm. The keyboard keys are so small that his big fingers always keep hitting the wrong letters. Why can’t this damn screen understand that he wants to type W, not fucking Q? He takes ten seconds to hunt for the next letter, gritting his teeth, hissing under his breath, poking at the cracked screen with his calloused fingers. But he wants to be the best and sweetest student for his little teacher, so he makes sure every word he types is absolutely right.

Maybe it takes him so long to type out one sentence that MC has already fallen asleep waiting by the end lol

The first version of Serkan has black hair that's only a little wavy at the ends, medium length (a bit shorter than Lane's and longer than BB’s). He's always scratching his hair, so it's always messy (not because it's itchy, just a personal habit – like when he's restless, embarrassed, confused, or thinking hard).

He's around 178–183cm tall. He has a wiry build, quick and agile like an energetic young leopard. When he’s bored, he’ll lightly hop in place a few times.

He has large, bright brown eyes that always have a little sparkle in them, with the outer corners slightly downturned. He can effortlessly make that puppy-dog look without even realizing it. When he smiles, tiny fine lines crinkle at the corners of his eyes.

He's about the same age as BB, around 23 to 25.

He’s an outgoing, enthusiastic and warm-hearted guy, always ready to help. He'll flash that kind of bright, wild smile, with a hearty, infectious laugh. He often laughs while patting BB on the shoulder or back. He tends to give off that “good buddy” vibe – can get chummy with other guys in no time and is popular with both coworkers and customers. When BB first started working at this garage, Serkan was the first person after the boss to actually talk to him, and he helped BB a lot in fitting in with the other coworkers.

At first, BB found him kind of annoying tho, thinking he was too chatty. It took him a while to get used to Serkan being around. Also because I guess after BB got out of the military (or maybe even came back from the battlefield), he had a hard time adjusting to civilian life and talking to anyone in a more normal way. His nerves were always on edge during that time.

He has a really good work attitude, but his carelessness sometimes leads to small mistakes. Since he always jumps in to fix them, the boss chews him out then lets it slide, and customers still come back to him next time.

Overall, he's a good person. But for some reason, he's unlucky in love maybe because he's too clingy XD. He had a few relationships, but none of them lasted long. They all ended with the women dumping him. So he's actually just as bad at dealing with women as BB is. He probably gives BB some terrible advice on how to chase and date MC.

He likes sports and is good at them. He often goes hiking or jogging. He'll set up a soccer game with BB and a few other coworkers, and he usually plays as a wing back or winger. He also likes driving up into the mountains or out to the lake to camp. Sometimes BB will ride Scarlette out there with him.

He has a sweet tooth and always keeps candy in his pockets. Most of the time, he's either got a cigarette or a Twizzler in his mouth. (maybe he has an oral fixation)(probably a good kisser, but he also gets so eager that it feels like he's trying to eat the other person’s tongue.)

Serkan loves cats, and cats love him too. Strays often wander into the garage, squinting and rubbing against his calves. If BB happens to be there, he'll creep closer, pretending his hand is Serkan's while the cats are busy enjoying Serkan scratching their chins, just to get a few pets in. But those little alert creatures usually catch on pretty fast. Then they'll hiss at him, hide behind Serkan or just run off. Poor guy just wants to pet those little furballs but that's really hard for him🥺

Sometimes he and BB have a little contest to see who can assemble or disassemble a piece of machinery faster. Serkan usually wins on speed, but BB is more precise. Serkan might throw his hands up and yell "Done!!" only to find a tiny screw he missed rolling on the table.

I remember Laly once wrote in a Q&A that they'd been caught more than once throwing stuff at each other, so I also imagine they'd also play that kind of catch game where whoever drops the ball first loses. At first, neither of them wants to give in, but BB the king of stubbornness always holds out to the end. So the game usually ends with Serkan pulling a long face and whining, "okay dude I give up im hungry as fuck let's just go eat something." But next time, he'll still try to beat his record.

He has a moderate tolerance for alcohol. Sometimes he drinks with BB after work, but he always gets drunk first, mumbles a few slurred, messy sentences, then passes out on the table. BB will finish the rest in silence, and then they both just crash on the chairs or the floor. The next morning, they'd get up with sore muscles and wrinkled clothes, make fun of each other's puffy faces, smooth down their hair, and just get straight to work.

The second version of Serkan has short, straight dark brown hair, dark green eyes and tan skin. Like the first Serkan, he's about the same age as BB (maybe a bit older like 25-27), and he also has droopy outer eye corners, but they feel softer. His smile and personality are a bit more composed.

He always keeps a towel with some set‑in old oil stains draped over his shoulder, has all kinds of tools stuffed in the pockets of his coveralls, moving from one bay to another with a jangling sound, helping other coworkers with their repair jobs.

He also keeps a charcoal pencil in the pocket of his coveralls up on his chest, which he uses not only to write down orders but also to draw. But that's Serkan's secret – None of his coworkers know he can draw. Sometimes BB would find little doodles of skulls or lightning bolts on the floor of his bay or the margin of the employee rules posted on the wall. On BB's 23 birthday, a sketch of Scarlette showed up at his workbench as an anonymous gift. BB bought a properly sized frame for it, carefully put the drawing in, and hung it on the wall. Serkan would smile every time he walked past it.

He has a childish side – he'll shove and mess around with BB – but he also shares quiet, silent moments with him.

He might be in a relationship that's falling apart because of the distance.

He‘s bisexual, but this is a secret too.

The third version of Serkan’s droopy eyes that give off a tired vibe (idk why I always imagined him with droopy eyes). Sometimes he's dozy because of a one‑night stand or staying out too late at a bar the night before. He'll hide under some tree nearby during his lunch break and crash there, and he often gets his pay cut for still missing an hour after break ends. Later the boss would send BB to go find him and wake him up.

If BB points at Serkan sitting in the driver's seat after work and calls him a pussy, Serkan would flip him off and fire back with " Brute." He doesn't really see him that way tho.

I wrote three different versions and the first one is more detailed, but some parts of the other two are actually closer to what I originally imagined. The first version was just expanded two days ago xD

I searched online for some wolf‑themed motivational posters. Since I couldn’t find one that matched the description of the poster hanging on the storage room wall in the game, I ended up choosing the one on the right in the photo as a substitute.

As for the "teamwork" one...I needed something to cover up the power outlet behind it so XDD. Then I came across this one… which is actually pretty funny, considering how chaotic it would be when Lane, MC and BB work the same night shift together🤣

So sorry I only realized while writing this post that I’d taken "requested action" to mean something like "the boss/coworker’s feedback on the staff complaint report"👉🏻👈🏻Every time I’m too lazy to look up the meaning of an English word or phrase I’m unsure about, I almost always end up making a mistake😔

I tried to write a one imitating Lane's tone. hope it's not too out of his character...

Regarding RJ’s response to that, I’d considered whether RJ would reply to Lane’s comment about BB might being dangerous for MC. For example, something like "I believe he’s a good person" or "I see. I’ll check the security camera and keep an eye on him." But I guess RJ probably doesn’t care all that much. What he cares about is whether his employee is a reliable, steady, capable one. Other than that, as long as BB seems like a decent guy who wouldn’t harass MC, that’s probably enough for RJ as the boss. Also because the empty space there on the paper was too small to write more thing...

or maybe RJ actually is a good boss who would care about that stuff…? idk...
