Is there a way to unsee every body I've ever seen

I hate when clothing companies only post like 3/4 angle of the model in the underwear. Why do they think we will explode if we see the crotch of the underwear and both cheeks.

Btw I thought about buying new underwear for like a year and then finally bought some from a store and I hate it. One is too small and the other is just not my cut. I hate indecision and I hate buyers remorse. But I have a habit of punishing myself for every imperfect decision. :(

What does it mean to get better. What does it mean to recover. Can you heal by yourself.

I fogot to cancel my therapy appt and the cancelation fee is basically the same as the appt cost :*( I really don't want to pay $60 for therapy I don't want. I'm going to just assume the therapist will be really late again and maybe this time I'll say she was too late and I have to reschedule...
