IT'S OKAY TO PUNCH WHAT????
It was a day like any other. You and Geto were lying on opposite ends of the couch, your legs over his, showing him funny videos you saw, Gojo screaming songs under the shower, Shoko and Utahime talking about random things in the kitchen.
"I think a new Frat is moving in next door." Gojo hummed as he walked down the stairs; by now, Shoko and Utahime were in the living room too. Shoko was the most excited about the news, as it had been a few months since the house was used.
"Really?" She asked with a surprised voice, "Are they chill?" and Gojo, being who he is, only shrugged.
"I'm sure they are." He nodded, which didn't  sound all too convincing. You guys got along with the old Frat guys that lived there, always went to their parties, and spent evenings together. They weren't like the usual Frat, they were chill.
"I don't believe you one bit," You chimed in, earning a nod from Geto, who put his phone down on the table.
"Doesn't sound too convincing to me, Satoru. " She chuckled with his typical close-eyed smile thing, which you couldn't help but adore.
"Man, how am I at fault? I don't even know those guys." He whined and let himself fall down on the couch next to Utahime. He'd look like a child if it weren't for his tattoos peaking out under his shirt.
"Man child," Utahime sighed, looking at him before turning away again and looking at all of you now, "I don't know why, but I kinda feel weird about knowing a new frat is moving in there." She mumbled, and everyone understood what she meant.
"Right? I have this weird tingle in my stomach that makes me doubt them without even having met them." Came out of you now, looking at the ceiling while crossing your legs over Getos.
"We gotta stay positive, we haven't even met them yet," Shoko sighed, looking at Geto to get some kind of agreement on her side.
"I'm staying neutral until I meet them." Geto shortly replied and went back to caressing your legs.
You and Geto never talked about how close you guys actually were; it was just normal to you. Yes, even the tingling feeling in your stomach whenever he would slightly touch you was just normal. Nothing to worry about.
"Fuck that shit, anyone up for a movie?" Gojo mumbled, dissapointed by the reactions after a while, and ofcourse everyone agreed, nothing's better then ending the night with a movie.
You weren't sure when it happened, but eventually the Frat Gojo mentioned really moved in and none of you bothered to greet them into the neighbourhood. Gojo was too busy, Shoko was held back by Utahime and Geto didn't, because you didn't want to.
You did get bad vibes from the guys, but apart from the many flags and not seeing any person that didn't look standart American, nothing really bothered you, or better said, you didn't really bother thinking bout.
As you went to take the trash out, a few of the guys were sitting in their front yard, damn don't they have to attend classes? You could swear you've never seen them go to classes, but oh well, you didn't know how the classes were at normal colleges.
"Yo emo chick," one of them suddenly called out. You raised an eyebrow. He didn't mean you, right? 'emo chick'? Is that how they flirt nowadays? You scoffed, looking up at them.
"What's up?" You covered your annoyance and smiled a
"You've been chopping it up? Fucking leftist." You raised an eyebrow, chopping it up? Your eyebrow sank again when you realised what he meant. Your scars, of course. How pathetic.
"Got both right, sir," You smiled, teeth clenching; at least you were too far away for them to notice. "What bout you? Blue collar, redneck?" You giggled a little at that.
"Call it that." He winked at you, gesturing with his hand to come sit on his lap. He looked clean, perfect, but in the most disgusting way ever. His hair was full of gel, and his teeth were similar to the sun- color wise.
"Fuck off," You said loud enough for them to hear before walking back into your house. Apart from Utahime, everyone was there. She went to the grocery store to restock since it was her turn this week. "Those Frat bitches," You began talking, making the three heads that sat in the living room turn towards you. "They're fucking rednecks." Geto put his phone on the table again.
"Fuck no," He scoffed, "Rednecks in our neighbourhood?" He asked, nearly confused, but you understood him. Why were they living in a street called 'Marx avenue' , well of course that  wasn't the official name, but everyone knew it was named that way by those who lived there, even if you weren't from there, you knew.
"No wonder, all those flags. They could've just painted their house to match it." Shoko scoffed, taking a drag of the cigarette in her hand. Shoko was what everyone would call an outcast, even more than the rest of you. Similar to Satoru, she was born into a rich family; she had everything she wanted and more, her family was conservative, so she grew up around flags, the bible, and the perfect image of how a 'normal' family should look. However, she was not into that at all. As a young girl, she began cutting her hair by her own, stealing her dad's beer, smoking his cigarettes, going to festivals, dressing up in all kinds of ways, and all of that just to piss them off. Shoko was a rebel.
"Man, I guess y'all were right," Gojo whined, but who would've guessed he didn't sulk for long. "We should totally get them far away from here!" He suggested with a bright smile.
"And how are we gonna do that?" Suguru asked, confused, his best friend was really weird at times, he just winged through life without any plans. It would get him killed one day, that he was sure of.
"Burn their house?" Gojo suggested with a grin.
"A way where we don't have to leave too?" Shoko sighed, frustrated at his dumb answer. You didn't know why, but something in your brain just clicked.
"Make their ears bleed." You mumble, more to yourself then to them, but Geto heard, ofcourse he did. He never missed anything when it came to you. His precious girl.
"What do you mean by that?" Geto asked, looking at you with a confused look in his eye.
The other two didn't seem to understand much more than him, looking at you with a dumbfounded expression. "Isn't making them bleed worse than what I said?" Gojo mumbled to Shoko, which made her nod a tiny bit.
"I don't mean in a literal sense."She said, and Shoko seemed to understand. Geto and Gojo still as dumbfounded as before, and now turned their faces to Shoko. The 'huh' Â was written all over their face.
"We're gonna give them a private concert," Shoko explained so that the two idiots would get it. Geto and Gojo, as if interlinked, grinned at the same time and looked at each other in sync.
"Suguru, your girl is a genius."
You smiled a little at that. Being called his girl did something to you, something good. Shoko noticed; she noticed every little thing, and she couldn't help but grin a little as she looked at you. You really were a genius.
On the same evening, you called over all the people you needed to help you.
"So basically, we're gonna sing 'American Idiot' as loud and annoying as we can Kento and Haibara are taking care of the fireworks. As soon as we're done, they will shoot them into the roof and drive away as fast as possible. I'll get you the other plates, so don't worry." She said, looking at Nanami with a smile, who just nodded along. "And we are gonna do our usual performance. Guitar, drums, and bass." She explained simply.
"There's nothing that Rednecks hate more than being confronted when they have no chance." Geto chuckled, his hands playing with strands of your hair. You smiled up at him. You loved it when he treated you like this.
"Wait, what does Toji have to do with this?" Gojo asked, looking confused at the homeless man on their couch. He was pretty clean for a homeless man, tho.
"Chaos without Mister Zen'in is so 2000s Satoru." You scoffed jokingly, earning a sulk from Gojo. "Mister Zen'in is going to take care of the police," You explained to him as you smiled at Toji.
"He's gonna beat them up?" Haibara asked, scared, to which the others just nodded and looked at you, confused.
"What, no!" You said, slightly surprised by his assumption. "If he sees a police car coming in our direction, he'll call me and then stop the car and distract them." You explain to calm the others down, do they really think you want an homeless man to beat up officers? You're not THAT cruel.
"Oh, makes sense, okay then!" Haibara nodded with a big grin and a thumbs up.
Everything set, Kenny?" You asked the man over the phone, as the other four were setting up their speakers and mics. You had just fixed everything with Toji, now only Kento and Haibara were left, and the opperation 'Get the Rednecks out' could start.
"Everything's done," He said through the phone and ended the call, not even a bye hurt you. However, you brushed it off quickly and giggled as you walked out. Oh, this would be gold.
To your surprise, the Frat was having a party. Sorority girls, all white, all typical Americans. It made you want to puke, being Conservative? Okay, do what you will, being Racist? Fuck no. There was nothing you and your friends hated more than someone being judged based on things they didn't choose, and sure as hell none of them chose out of whose pussy they'd slide.
Your head turned to Satoru, and you nodded. It was time.
"One and two and one, two, three, four," Satoru screamed into his mic. Everything was set up in your front yard, so perfect for your Red neighbours to hear and see.
"Don't wanna be an American idiot." You began singing into your mic; some of the people at the party already heard you guys singing, but not enough people did. As if you knew, every one of you turned the volume of their speakers higher in sync, again. Maybe you all were really interlinked.
"Don't want a nation under the new mania." Your voice was on point; you had prepared it perfectly ever since the idea came to you. Geto looked at you with a grin, and you did the same back. A few more people turned their faces towards you guys now. Hearing the song, understanding the lyrics. However, you guys had placed Cameras that didn't record, but they didn't know that. With the fear of being caught if they attacked, they didn't have a choice but to watch you guys piss them off.
"Can you hear the sound of hysteria?" Suguru sang that line, looking directly into your eyes; he was the closest to you on each and every show; that was just a you thing. You smirked at him; his piercings shone in the light of the moon, and his tattoos just made him more beautiful.
"The subliminal mindfuck America." Your voice sounded as if an angle was singing, but it didn't fit to the lyrics, well atleast on a superfical level. It totally fit the scenery, and if you think deeper about the lyrics, it also fits your voice.
"Welcome to a new kind of tension All across the alienation," A few people walked closer now, at this point, most of the people at the party already noticed your guys little show. Their faces were the best thing about it. Confusion, anger, annoyance. Everything was in there.
"Put that shit off," The vice president of the frat shouted, trying to be louder than the music, but even Shoko's laugh was louder than him.
Shoko and Utahime both played the guitar, but they were also the background Vocals, Gojo was just the drummer who sings only the one line everyone sings. Geto played bass, and you swore no one did it better than him. The way his fingers moved. You wondered what else they could do.
You guys didn't care; you kept on singing at your slow pace, pissing them off more and more with every line. It didn't take long before the President of the Frat was standing next to the vice president.
"WELL, MAYBE I AM THE FAGGOT AMERICA?" You giggled into your mic at that line, the one line you all sang together. If the president were to be in a cartoon, you would be sure steam would come out of his ears. My god, were those rednecks pathetic.
"Seems like y'all never had fun." Utahime scoffed into the mic, and you could swear someone wanted to jump right at her, but got held back by his friends. You saw it from the corner of your eyes.
"I'm not a part of a redneck agenda." Your voice was louder now, not as quiet and slow as it was before, more aggressive, as if you wanted them to punch you in the face.
"Now everybody do the Propaganda!" Satoru shouted, and you couldn't help but giggle again, that was not his line, but oh well, you didn't really care.
"And sing along to the age of Paranoia," You shouted into your mic before you saw it finally. You nodded, and everyone besides the ones who knew didn't think about it, but that was Kento's sign to shoot the fireworks into their roof.
"We're not the ones who are meant to follow," You shouted again and saw that Kento jumped onto the truck again, alright, the last line, and it'll be over. "FOR THAT'S ENOUGH TO FUCKING ARGUE." You screamed with all your might, and it may have hurt your throat a bit, but you didn't care. As soon as these words were said, the fireworks hit the roof, which started burning.
The panic in the frat boy's eyes was visible; they didn't understand what happened, you would've left bad, but considering they wouldn't feel bad if it happened to you, you didn't bother doing so.
"Oh no, how did that happen?" Gojo asked dramatically, obviously knowing how it happened. The President of the Frat was furious.
He ran towards Gojo and grabbed him by his collar," You fucking whore son." and just as he was about to punch him, Gojo knocked him down on the ground.
"Choose your enemies with care, okay?" He said in a pretty sweet tone, but man, if you didn't know him any better, you'd think he'd kill him right then and there. Actually no. Even if you knew him, you'd never be sure if he'd do it or not.
"You have no idea how this happened?" The officer asked you with a raised eyebrow. He didn't believe you guys, not at all.
"Like we said, officer, we were performing our cover of 'American idiot' to explain what we think of them rednecks without hurting them physically. We did not fire them fireworks." You and Shoko explained as the other three behind you just nodded along.
"Ofcouse" He mumbled with a sigh, "I won't bother with you kids," He said before turning around and then taking a few steps towards his car again, "Don't forget, it's okay to punch Nazis." He smirked before walking into his car and driving off with the other officer, who couldn't help but laugh a little. Oh well, like mentioned, no rednecks in Marx Avenue.
