This and That

If you're going through something stressful and your having problems eating whatever the reason may be. Even if your not hungry if you don't remember your last meal/ it was over 6 hours ago even if your not hungry please eat. I was going through some stressful junk awhile back and my body felt like it was under constant stress like a fight or flight feeling to the point of feeling like just sleeping. Even if I woke up hungry food would make me nauseas. Please still try to eat. The sooner you eat something even if its small the sooner you can deal with whatever your going through and the sooner you can get through it. Please eat.

Because if you don't kirby will come eat your fridge. Aint no food going to waste with kirby.

Seriously though. Feel better and please eat
