Alaska based artist Gustavo Rimada has been drawing since before he can remember.

His work reflects his proud Mexican heritage, using a combination of Cholita style girls, Mexican Folk Art, 50’s Pin-Up, Pinstriping and tattoo style design.

His art is heavily influenced by his Mexican heritage, tattoo art, and art from the streets. Artists who have influenced him include: Olivia, Alberto Vargas, Frida, Robert Williams, Gil Elvgren, Sylvia Ji and Joshua Petker. He resides in Indio, CA where it all started and works with companies such as Black Market Art, Cannibal Flower and Pinup Girl Clothing to name a few.
