I dont know who needs to hear this but...here it is: Most of us live in survival mode from birth without even knowing it. Worries about safety, well being, education, access, love, nurture puts us in a state hyper awareness which can be blinding. You feel stressed others may assume youre lazy or not applying yourself when you are but in some cases you're just exhausted. Suffering from a societal PTSD that's being masked normal because "that's life"...and things happen. Its a sad state of being. Its unhealthy and damaging to you and those around you. Self care, self reflection and self worth when amplified works wonders when applied to societial, familia, and generational traumas. Stop accepting behaviors that work against your greater good.
