I like to think Juene's fine, just inexperienced, but he's a quick learner. He's a little cautious at first, pretty gentle, but responds well especially with encouragement and enthusiasm from a partner. A very gentle kisser and someone who loves to pepper them other places in addition to the lips.
Julian's... assertive. I think it depends on who he's kissing if that's good or not, I guess if they're into that it is. He's the sort of guy who puzzles a lot of concepts out on his own. He's probably had some decent experience kissing or making out but the combo of 'weird personality' and 'assertive kisser' is probably one that needs special tastes.

I legitimately don't know what that means. I'm guessing it's traits they have that are mentally stimulating?
Both are logical types and like puzzles, though to different degrees.
Juene's very creative, especially musically, though his moods affect how much he can actually use it.
Julian's reaction to that is just to narrow his eyes and say "math".
🦴 : Does your OC have much sexual experience? What are they like?
Juene is a big nope there. He does not have a lot of experience, if any, my guy doesn't make the effort to go out and socialize much, and that includes finding someone he can relax enough with to take to bed. I may have some aus that exist entirely because Juene just decides 'fuckit i want to get laid' and meetings happen.
He's a very noisy bottom who likes to enthusiastically return attention to his partner and cling to him though.~
Surprisingly (including to me) the answer with Julian is: yes. For a weird and kind of assertive nerd who doesn't much like people, he's managed his fair share of short term relationships and one night stands. He's highly picky so he hasn't had a lot of long term relationships, but he's had a good few of this and that. Now some of that might have taken place in multiple other countries either during his work, studies or that stint in his teens as an assistant to a certain private detective, but he's gotten around.
He's the opposite of his brother, he's a top and not super vocal. He's very focused and enthusiastic with a partner, however, especially one he cares about.
Both have an oral fixation because they do. I will not be accepting any commentary at this time.
🧸 : Into public displays of affection or are they more reserved?
Both are for public displays of affection, but to different degrees. Like if you mean public displays of affection like kissing or touching in public? They're both into that. But when it comes to "would this person do a big gesture like serenading someone or doing a fireworks display" that is where it varies.
Juene doesn't like a lot of attention on himself, and most of the partners he goes for tend to prefer more like private focused care and affection - so like a dinner for the two of them etc. A big show of caring about each other, but its private to them. He doesn't want to hide that he cares about them and wants to show affection, though will refrain if it's dangerous/would cause a problem. However, he's reserved in general so like -gestures-
Julian will plan out a big ass thing if that's what his partner wants and what will make them feel appreciated. He doesn't specifically like or need it for himself and he's usually more a just walk by and touch someone or show various things he's feeling, calling nicknames or giving kisses, but he will make a show of it if someone needs. It's one of the few times he comes out of his hermit cave lol.

Maro: I think it's how calm and cool-headed he is. And the fact that he's actually an incredibly caring person and it's pretty easy to notice if you pay attention to his actions. He's also a quick learner despite his laziness, I think that's hot
Cecile: Emotional intelligence, stubbornness and loyalty. All of those traits have gotten him into countless troubles, but they're also what kept him standing through the toughest times in his life
💘 : Is your OC a very good flirt? Are they charming?
Maro: Yes to both. He doesn't really have to do much (sounds like such a brag lol), but when he wants to he's incredibly smooth
Cecile: He's very charming (I think I've called him that like ten times already hahaha sorry), but it's completely different from Maro's confidence. It's more about how openly he shows his interest in someone and how adorably attentive he is, you can't help but believe he's being genuine. He probably has more charm than he realizes, since not all of it is even intentional
🔥 : What’s a surefire way to make your OC get flustered?
Maro: Notice something personal about him, like the unique way he does something or get him something because you remembered his preferences and wanted to indulge them (food, clothes, etc) He values the traits he can truly call his own (something something fear of not knowing who you are as a person), so having someone notice them wouldn't necessarily make him flustered, but it would definitely make him feel special
Also, treating him like a treasure, even if he could kill you on the spot, makes him very, very pleased
Cecile: Somehow, it's both hard and easy at the same time. He appreciates every gesture and would probably accept every compliment or gift with the same gratitude and excitement, but if you want to actually leave him speechless, you have to be very direct. Don't give him a chance to brush it off or downplay the compliment, show him that you actually mean it
Or you can just kiss him, that works pretty well too

Cecile: He's probably wearing the most boring and common stuff, but he's comfortable like that and that's what matters. Maybe some days it's just a shirt with high-waisted shorts and on other days when he's overwhelmed by deadlines he's sleeping in a loose old shirt because it's convenient

Maro: The determination to protect your loved ones, courage, and a nice ass/chest
Cecile: Strong beliefs, he loves when someone is unapologetically passionate about something and takes pride in their work or the people they love
