sooooo I'm contending with coming to terms with being schizophrenic ❤️ in no way am I distressed about it, the opposite actually, but now I have to reframe how I tackle my mental health which. again may lead to a prolonged absence but unlike last time I'm not overwhelmed and I'll pick up my threads. everyday sarge shows me something awful and everyday I'm grateful for it

stopping my Abilify cold turkey (ik ik I wouldn't tell someone to do this. I was also just the second dose up from the starting dose and me and partner suspected it was cancelling out my main anti depressant) is actually going fine. but the fucking insomnia as a side effect (?) or my natural insomnia goes crazy
